**Purpose of the Job**:

- Electrical, Building, and Facilities Maintenance in compliance with the Laws of Malaysia ACT 447 - Electricity Supply Act 1990, Part V Competent Control.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical wiring, solar systems, air conditioning, genset, firefighting, and other systems to ensure reliable support.
- Inspect property for maintenance and upkeep needs.
- Liaise with authorities to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance for systems including HVAC, gensets, etc.
- Lead a team of technicians for installation works.
- Prepare daily/monthly reports on maintenance.
- Oversee repair supplies.
- Handle assigned duties related to maintenance.
- Train junior staff.
- Perform routine building inspections.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in building/facilities management preferred; good report writing.
- **Academic**: Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U/Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
- **Other Skills**: Registered Electrical Chargeman (BO or A4) from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (EC).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
