Job Summary

To ensure the authentication of the information supplied to a potential employer by a job applicant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting background screening verification of prospective employee based on the scope of work provided for clients in the timely.
- Persistently finds the appropriate source to verify information.
- Review all information and documents provided; ensuring 100% accuracy before submitting the report for QC.
- Submit the interiM/Final / updated report to the Team Lead within the timeline provided.
- Conduct research tasks as assigned by Supervisors.
- Guarantee daily, weekly and monthly goals are met.

Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field (preferable Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, English for Professional Communication)
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa.
- Local (Malaysian) only.
- Have experience in related field or Customer Service / Call Center, researching business information on the web and in working with sensitive data would be advantages.
- Possess excellent communication skills by demonstrate strong verbal & written communication skills when liaising with internal and external parties and communicate in professional manner.
- Attentive to details and accuracy.
- Able to work independently, effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Team motivated and able to work well with other

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
