**Role Description**

This is a dynamic remote role for a Social Media Marketing Intern. The intern will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our online presence, focusing on social media asset management, website updates, and continuous SEO optimisation. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop key skills in strategic online marketing.

**Job Location**: Hybrid (4-day working from home; 1 day working with the team in person).

**Work Hours**: Flexible (5-7 hours a day)

**Responsibilities**

**1. Social Media Asset Management**
- Oversee and update our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence.
- Regularly update content, respond to comments, and stay informed about platform trends and features.

**2. Website / Online Marketplace Management**
- Take charge of updating and maintaining our website and our online marketplaces on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, ensuring they reflect our latest products, promotions, and brand identity.

**3. SEO Optimisation**
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement on our website.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings for our social media platforms, our website and online marketplaces.

**4. Customer Engagement**
- Foster customer engagement through effective communication on social media platforms, encouraging feedback and testimonials.
- Collaborate with existing customers to showcase their experiences through video content, emphasising the benefits of EasyIron Spray.

**5. Data Analysis**
- Monitor and analyse website performance metrics, social media analytics, and SEO data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to optimise our online strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any discipline, but a qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven skills in social media management, including hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, and website platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and demonstrated capability to implement effective strategies.
- Detail-oriented with analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in video editing is a plus.

**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
