**Implement and maintain the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) based on FSSC 22000 guidelines.**
- To conduct regular inspections, audits, and checks to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records related to FSMS, franchisor requirement and local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance processes.
- To assess risks associated with food safety and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor supplier/service provider performance and conduct periodic audits.
- Develop strategies to protect against intentional contamination (food defense) and prevent food fraud.
- Planning and conducting employee training on warehouse food safety practices, hygiene, and quality control.
- Coordinate certification audits by accredited certification body (CB).
- Participate in surveillance audits and recertification processes.

**Implement and maintain the Yum (franchisor) requirement.**
- Participate in franchisor audit/inspection.
- Plan and execute corrective action for noncompliance issue raise during franchisor audit/inspection.
- Ensure all Yum products meet the Shelf-Life Matrix requirement.
- Prepare weekly Ageing Report for tracking products near their expiry dates.

**Implement and maintain the local regulatory requirements.**
- Participate in local authority inspection.
- Update and maintain required documentation as per local regulatory requirements.
- Plan corrective action for noncompliance issue raise during local authority inspection.

**Requirement**:

- Degree in Food Science or related field.
- Experience in managing quality assurance/control in the warehouse and logistic industry (food).
- Physically fit to work with no chronic illness.
- Good leadership
- Effective communication, good teamwork & strong problem-solving.
- Efficient time management & attention to detail.
- Willing to work on weekends, odd hours and during Public Holiday as when required.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
