**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Greet guests with warmth and charm, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
- Promote the spa’s signature treatments, packages, and products to help guests curate their perfect spa experience.
- Manage daily communications—respond to WhatsApp, social media inquiries, and other platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate bookings, manage the appointment system, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries and concerns with empathy and care.
- Support the team in hitting monthly sales and service goals through excellent customer interactions and upselling opportunities.
- Champion the spa's brand values and service standards at all times.
- Assist with any additional tasks or projects assigned by your Supervisor or Management.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Prior experience in a **spa, wellness center, hotel, or hospitality environment** is highly preferred.
- Friendly, approachable, and a little cheeky—you love creating positive vibes
- Fluent in **English and/or Malay**. _Mandarin is an added advantage_.
- Minimum **SPM or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management**, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Disciplined, committed, and self-driven to meet goals and take initiative.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Pleasant, cheerful, and professional appearance.
**What You’ll Get**:

**Working Hours**:
- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
