Customer Service Executive

Promotes a customer satisfaction by interacting with customer politely and resolving customer enquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments and showrooms to resolves customer enquiries.
- Ensure all the customer interactions are updated on a daily basis into internal database tracking system.
- Extend recommendation for improvement in service process and service operation to achieve service excellence.
Requirements - Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field. - Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office.
- Possess good communication skills.
- 5 working days including weekends (Off Day on Weekdays)
- Working Hour: 9am to 6pm
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
