**How you’ll fit in (In both work & our culture)**:

- Assisting various departments (Content, Performance Marketing and Digital Creative).
- Manage social media accounts and posts content.
- Assist team in brainstorming and developing creative ideas for digital campaigns.
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Observe and analyze trends in social media and community marketing.
- To perform research on audience preferences and current trends.
- Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Assist in creating performance reports.
- Managing campaigns sourced by the account executive team via our ad tech platform.
- Conducting research to understand and stay abreast of the social media advertising ecosystems.
- Investigating and managing all systems and staying updated with the most recent campaign information (bidding strategies, ad testing frameworks, targeting details, etc.)
- Pinpointing opportunities for current advertiser campaign growth and improvement, partnering with the ad and utilizing resources across multiple organizations.

**We are looking for someone who has the below qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing/Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Multimedia Design/Graphic Design or a related field
- Possesses a good attitude and able to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Communication and analytical skills
- Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and/or basic design tools
- Knowledgeable or interested in social media monitoring and marketing, campaign management, and social media analytics

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
