HR Generalist

**JOB OVERVIEW**

To support the Human Resources department in implementing and coordinating HR strategies, policies, and procedures across the organization. The HR Generalist plays a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and ensuring HR compliance with relevant labour laws, especially in the context of transport operations involving drivers, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Support in performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports for management review.

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive and able to work independently.

**Other Requirements**:

- Must possess a car and a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to travel

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
