Accounts and Admin Executive

**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**a) Accounting Duties**:
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing (e-invoice), and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely updates.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation of statements.
- Assist in the monthly financial reports, support external audits and other documentation as needed.
- Support in payroll processing, and compliance with financial regulations.
**b) Administrative Duties**:
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing & correspondence
- Maintain and organise company records, contracts, and agreements.
- Handle any other administrative duties assigned by the management.
**Academic Qualification**:
- Diploma/Degree in **Accounting, Business Administration**, or a related field.
**Job Requirement**:
- Basic knowledge of e-invoicing and its compliance requirements.
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
- With or without of relevant experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
