**Responsibilities**:

- Replenish Stock
- Monitoring stock level and identifying purchasing needs.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including preparing reports, analyzing data, and assisting in the development of procurement strategies.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements while maintaining quality standards.
- Process purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of procurement transactions.
- Get quotation from existing or new suppliers.

Extra qualifications:

- Have experience in monitor and forecast product needed based on upcoming market demand
- Have experience dealing with sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Must possess own car & willing to travel
- Pleasant and proactive personality
- Able to work independently
- Creative mindset & interest in keeping updated with the latest trends, competitors
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer literacy skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Good organizational and planning skill
- Team player
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good in mathematics

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
