Floor Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Overview**:
A **Floor Executive** is responsible for managing the daily operations on the retail floor, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall performance of the store. This role involves supervising staff, handling customer queries, managing stock, and ensuring that the store meets its sales goals. The Floor Executive ensures that store standards, visual merchandising, and cleanliness are maintained, while fostering a positive working environment for the team.
- Assist Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager in managing the overall branch daily operation, including floor display, stock management, manpower deployment and

allocation, equipment and overall branch maintenance, permit and license.
- To be responsible for the management of all staff and workers for the branch, including training, coaching and supervising the staff, ensuring all staff and workers work according to all Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) Set.
- Consistently reviewing floor display to ensure efficient space usage and shelf display.
- Reviewing and maximising sales of Gondola and block display.
- To ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all the area of the branch including selling floor, warehouse and cool room.
- To be in-charged of the proper maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and fixtures and fitting of the branch.
- Ensure proper stock management and replenishment on the sales floor.
- To ensure no obsolete stock at display shelf and warehouse through proper stock planning and regular stock checking.
- To ensure proper handling of perishable items to minimize wastages
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- To be responsible for the recording, checking and monitoring stock levels and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
- Knowledge and awareness of market trend in retail industry and to increase sales of the company.
- Ensure that health and safety protocols are followed on the sales floor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
