**Car Service Advisor**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Car Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately assessing vehicle repair needs, and managing the entire service process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and questions.
- Clearly explain repair and maintenance recommendations.
- Provide timely updates on service progress.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- **Vehicle Diagnosis**:

- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify repair and maintenance needs.
- Use diagnostic equipment to accurately diagnose vehicle issues.
- Prepare detailed repair estimates.
- **Service Planning**:

- Schedule service appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor service progress and resolve any issues.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and repair orders.
- Process payments and invoices.
- Prepare service reports and other necessary documentation.
- **Sales**:

- Promote additional services and products, such as parts, accessories, and extended warranties.
- Upsell and cross-sell to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and computer systems.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.

**Additional Considerations**:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- A technical background or certification in automotive repair is advantageous.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude is highly valued.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
