Liaise with suppliers on quotations, purchasing, delivery order, invoice and related matters.
- Manage and supervise all administrative support activities, including the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and oversee office security and maintenance to ensure a conducive working environment.
- Ensure high standards of office cleanliness are maintained.
- Prepare administration-related reports as required by Manager.
- Other Ad-Hoc duties that may assigned by Superior from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
