**Overview of the Position**

The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive experience and building relationships with them. A nightclub Guest Relations Officer (GRO) should have excellent customer service skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving skills. They should also have a customer-oriented attitude and outgoing personalities

**Responsibilities**
- **Greeting customers**: Welcome guests and take their orders for food and drinks
- **Build relationships**: Establish positive relationships with guests to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
- **Constant Check on Customers**:Ensure that all Customer are attended & their orders are on received time
- **Boost the Drinks/ Food Sales**:Constantly attend to Customers & get orders, diligently promote drinks and foods
- **Serving food and drinks**: Deliver food from the kitchen to guests, and ensure it's made correctly
- **Promote Club Posters**: Constantly keep Customers updated by sharing the Club's Posters/ flyers daily
- **Clearing tables & Maintaining cleanliness**: Ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked. Remove empty dishes and glasses
- **Handling customer inquiries & Provide quality service**: Aim to provide a luxurious experience that reflects the nature of the club: Respond to customer questions and complaints

**Required skills**
- **Customer service**: A Good background in customer service
- **Communication**: Outstanding communication skills
- **Management & Team Player**: Good management skills to deal with guests, vendors, and other employees
- **Valid IC** (for locals)
- **Valid Work Permit** **/ Passport**(For foreign workers)
- **Work location**: Bandar Puteri Puchong
- **Working hours**: 7PM- 3AM (Tuesdays
- Sundays)
- **Basic + Commissions**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: RM1,300.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
