The Marketing Support Specialist has a deep knowledge of our clients and a strong understanding of the marketing tools and tactics at our disposal to achieve success within our focused projects. They execute client-approved strategies serving as the backbone of marketing at BOI. You are a strong verbal and written communicator, you are technical with the ability to distill data and analytics to solve problems and achieve success for our clients.

**Domain (accountabilities & role clarity)**
- Serves as marketing support for BOI Marketing & client teams
- Responsible for writing & assembling content & digital assets to support the tactical execution of marketing campaigns
- Executes weekly social media posts and evaluates client channels for weekly boosting
- Implements client's website audits & updates ensuring information is updated as requested
- Assists the brand team in client e-learning course setup Supports the brand team and brand team clients in one-off marketing requests that require attention to detail and timeliness.

Technical Requirements
- Must be Mac proficient and have a working Mac to utilize for this role.
