Product: Bedding and pillow.
- Working Location: Ampang
- Commission will be provided upon achieving target.
- Monday to Friday (10AM to 7PM) *Working hours may be slightly adjusted based on the live streaming schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the daily execution of TikTok live activities, including scheduling and hosting live sessions, planning content topics, engaging with the audience, and setting up products.
- Responsible for ideation, creative strategy, brainstorming and research for TikTok live content.
- To familiarize the product selling points, pre-plan TikTok live script and flow to make sure the live runs smoothly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with audience and followers, regularly communicating with them to build a loyal and engaged community.
- Engage with audience during the live stream, answering questions and responding to comments to achieve target.
- Handle customer orders by ensuring accurate packing, proper handling, and prompt shipping.
- Provide customer service by addressing product inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Solid knowledge of TikTok advertising tools and features.
- Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Cheerful, friendly and positive personality.
- **Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.**

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
