**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing computer systems, networks, and security tools.
- Help with maintaining and setting up servers and software.
- Support in assessing and fixing software and system issues.
- Contribute to managing hardware and software inventory.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of servers and networks.
- Provide basic technical support for networking and communication equipment.
- Help in implementing security standards and procedures.

**Specialized Knowledge/Skills/Job Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of IT concepts and practices.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assist in managing small projects.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic security protocols.
- Ability to diagnose and solve basic tech issues.
- Good communication skills for both talking and writing.
- Ability to explain tech ideas to non-tech people.
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.

**Education & Experience**:

- Currently pursuing a **degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.**:

- Basic understanding of IT concepts and exposure to Microsoft solutions_ **(Added advantage)**_
- Familiarity with basic computer systems, networking, and tech products _**(Added advantage)**_
- Exposure to CCTV/VOIP technologies _**(Added advantage)**_

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
