**KEY ROLES** **Strategic Leadership & Governance** - Develop and execute the college’s long-term vision, mission, and strategic objectives in alignment with the Board of Directors. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements set by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), MQA, and other relevant authorities. - Lead institutional growth strategies including program diversification, internationalization, and digital transformation. **Academic & Student Excellence** - Champion a culture of academic quality, research, and innovation. - Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and performance to maintain world-class teaching standards. - Ensure high-quality student experiences, from admissions to graduation, with emphasis on employability, global exposure, and student success. **Business & Financial Management** - Drive financial sustainability through effective budgeting, resource allocation, and revenue growth initiatives. - Oversee student recruitment (local and international markets) and business development activities. - Strengthen partnerships with industry, government, and international institutions to enhance program relevance and funding opportunities. **Operational Excellence** - Ensure efficient management of day-to-day operations including academic, administrative, and support functions. - Implement robust governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks. - Lead digital and organizational transformation to improve efficiency and competitiveness. **Stakeholder Engagement** - Build strong relationships with government bodies, accreditation agencies, education partners, and corporate stakeholders. - Act as the ambassador of the college to promote its reputation, brand, and values locally and globally. - Engage alumni and community networks to strengthen the college’s profile and impact. **REQUIREMENTS** - PhD/Master/Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - **>10 years of progressive leadership experience, with >5 years in senior management within Tertiary Education industry.**: - Strong understanding of the Malaysian and international higher education landscape, including **MOHE & MQA** regulations. - Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and financial management. - Demonstrated success in international student recruitment, academic collaborations, or institutional partnerships. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire faculty, staff, and students. - Permanent vacancy based in Perak. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM18,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Hi, how many years of management experience do you have in Education industry?
