**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning and Coordination:

- Support the Project Manager in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members and monitor progress.

2. **Business Analysis**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in current processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, workflows, and use cases.

3. **Communication and Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify requirements and expectations.
- Prepare and share regular project status reports and requirement updates.

4. **Resource and Budget Management**:

- Assist in allocating resources efficiently to meet project and business analysis needs.
- Track project costs and assist in maintaining the budget.

5. **Risk and Issue Management**:

- Identify potential project risks and business challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and resolve project issues to minimize delays and ensure business needs are met.

6. **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure project deliverables and business solutions meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that the solution meets business requirements.

7. **Support Functions**:

- Organize and participate in project meetings, workshops, and reviews.
- Provide administrative and logístical support to the project team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
- **6+ years of experience in project coordination** or a similar role, with at least 2 years in business analysis.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Strong analytical skills and experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
