Responsible as helpdesk agent and engage in resolution of problems & helpdesk issue with requestors and vendors in Asia Pacific countries;
- Responsible for processing invoices with compliance of business controls, SOX, policies, procedures and processes;
- Ensure invoice processing and payment accuracy;
- Possess strong audit mindset in performing sample check and verification on submitted employee expense report and receipts to detect for any non-compliance of Agilent’s business controls, policies, procedures, processes and local country tax requirement.
- Ensure customer and employee satisfaction and provide timely response;
- Engage in ad-hoc project and tasks such as continuous Process Improvements and new system/process implementation ;
- Acts as a role model for Penang Accounts Payable team, creates and nurtures an environment of continuous improvement within the team;
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor/manager on timely basis.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent Professional qualification.
- 0-2 years of experience in finance related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and drive results together with other team members.
- Self-started, flexible and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage.
