Key Tasks
Accounting
- Manage daily operations of Accounts Payable functions
- Review and process staff claims according to policy
- Perform & Review vendors’ SOA reconciliation and payment proposal
- Review non transport related invoices in SAP WebCost
- Ensure timely and accurate AP month-end closing
- Challenge and improve existing work processes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with expense policy and statutory regulations
- Support IT-related and Finance automation projects
Reporting
- Prepare weekly intercompany unbooked report
- Prepare weekly WebCost unbooked invoices report

Experience & Education
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 3 year of Accounts Payable experience
- Familiar with SAP and e-banking platforms will be advantageous
- Experience working with Financial shared service center will be advantageous
- Excellent team player to manage internal and external stakeholders

6 months contract

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
