We are looking for a Visionary Curriculum Architect to embark on a journey to reimagine K-12 education.

**Responsibilities**:
3. Design inclusive instructional strategies and resources that accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and interests that focuses on impact learning, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to excel and reach their full potential.

4. Champion project-based learning approaches that empower students to investigate, collaborate, and innovate as they tackle authentic, real-world problems, honing their problem-solving skills and fostering a sense of agency.

5. Infuse curriculum content with diverse perspectives, voices, and cultural narratives, fostering empathy, understanding, and global citizenship among students from all backgrounds.

6. Develop authentic assessment tasks and tools that authentically measure student mastery and growth, providing meaningful feedback and opportunities for reflection, self-assessment, and goal-setting.

7. Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and educational research in curriculum design, instructional pedagogy, and K-12 education, actively collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to continuously refine and enhance curriculum offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Environmental Studies, Sustainability Scienceor related field.
- Familiarity with AI Tools would be an advantage.
- Proven experience in curriculum design, instructional planning, or educational content development, preferably in the K-12 context.
- Deep understanding of learning theory, pedagogical approaches, and educational standards.
- Creative mindset and a passion for innovation, with the ability to envision and articulate bold new possibilities for teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
