1. Assist in preparation annual budget reflecting necessary and requested expenditures, budget monitoring, strategic planning and any horticultural capital projects as needed.

2. Establish and maintains high horticultural standards and practices; providing direction, training and motivation for the landscape staff.

3. Responsible on the selection, ordering, planting and maintenance of trees, shrubs, ground covers and turf.

4. Manage and supports overall plant health and soil nutrition strategies for all trees, shrubs and turf grasses to include sustainable gardening practices and integrated pest management in the outdoor and indoor landscaping area.

5. Propose and design for flower beds and trees planting for upgrading landscape area.

6. Maintains inventory of propagation and growing equipment and supplies, and prepares orders additional materials as needed and for various types of plants, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide, herbicide, fungicide and gardening tools.

7. Prepare maintenance programs for landscape at Garden and Valley Course.

8. Trains ground personnel in the techniques of pruning, fertilizing and pest & dieses management. To ensure new staff being given proper training before distributing duties.

**Requirements**:
2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

3. Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

4. Required Skill(s): Golf Course Maintenance, Administration, Machinery Management, Landscaping

5. Good team player with ability to multi-task or better.

6. Able to work weekends

7. Able to work early morning hours.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
