**POSITION OVERVIEW**: Ensure all incoming shipment & request regarding company products are being support with correct SOP, in which able to support daily operations and are well-controlled within the expected turnaround time (TAT). **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Monthly forecast items usage calculation including raise system purchase - order(PO). - Review & check incoming shipping documentation & make sure it is correct, tracking pending PO, stock ETD & ETA, and follow up delivery issue with supplier, until case solve. - Follow up with supplier on any issue that is related to products to ensure they are ready to be distributed by the relevant department. - Liase with forwarder & inter-department on the issues if needed. - Checking invoices and making payments on items purchase. - System GR into warehouse system and ensure every receiving reflect in relevant systems by checking stock card, with no delay. - Make sure incoming / stock balance data is up to date in google sheet record especially on a weekly basis / anytime when superior request. - Product inspection arrangement with relevant team e.g. company planning, warehouse team, etc. - Ready approval forms and follow up to get approval from superior, and make sure approval form has been fulfilled accordingly. - Prepare monthly reports for superiors. **QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED**: **Academic Education**: **Language Proficiency**: - Able to read and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. **Professional Experience**: - Fresh graduates are encourage to apply, having 1-2 years or above working experience in Logistic, Supply Chain Management field would be an added advantage. **Technical & Management Skills**: - Good time management skill - Communication skill: able to communicate well with all department. **Personal & Interpersonal skills**: - Good attitude, responsible and discipline.
