Human by nature.- Transport Execution Junior Coordinator Your future position?- As a Transport Execution Junior Coordinator, you will be a part of the Logistics team at Givaudan Business Solutions (GBS). You will perform transport coordination tasks for us in our APAC production sites to ensure short-time supply delivery. You will report to our Regional Hub Transport Manager.**Core Responsibilities**
- Act as a First Escalation point for transport issues.
- Coordinate Master Data Creation with local transport managers and data management team
- Create volume forecasts of road shipments and communicate to carriers
- Monitor and take action to ensure up-to-date E2E Transportation Data Flow (Edi messages, Reason Code update) & support the Givaudan reporting team
- Manage Inbound/Outbound delivery updates through the system (SAP +Track & Trace system) and act accordingly with internal/external stakeholders
- Manage critical Road daily transportation exceptions, coordinate express shipments requests with internal/external stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate difficult and urgent returns demands (PO/ Intercompany / Sales Order)
- Review/validate road freight invoices & manage carrier requests for additional charges beyond the scope of their contracted pricing
- Review/ participate in Logistic Service Provider performance reviews (regionally)
- Participate in the Logistic Service Provider selection and support implementation
- Monitor and give guidance for optimization of transportation Mode
- Ensure any specifically required follow-up on road transportation
- Manage critical site-specific Logistics Complaints and returns
- Adherence to service levels Adherence to policies and procedures
- Builds constructive and effective relationships with cross-functional teams
- Organizing and supporting everyday operations
- Continuously monitor improvement areas
- Provide active support in transitions

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent
- Languages: Mandarin - Read, Write & Speak and English - Fluent
- Professional experience: Min. 5+ years of experience in Logistics

**Required skills**:

- SAP knowledge is a must
- Google Workspace/Google Suite or equivalent tools
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Good communication skills
