**Role Summary**

Our client is a global leader in industrial technology, specializing in electrification, automation, robotics, and digital solutions that drive efficiency, sustainability, and innovation across diverse industries worldwide.

They are seeking a Transport Trade Logistics Specialist to manage and execute all aspects of logistics within the supply chain for both local and overseas operations. The role requires strong knowledge of import and export regulations, contract management, vendor coordination, and customer satisfaction, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of goods while meeting compliance and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Legal and Contract Management**
- Manage project-specific terms based on Incoterms and obligations.
- Assess and mitigate risks that may impact performance and compliance.

**2. Import & Export Logistics Management**
- Plan, monitor, and control transportation activities, including permits, exemptions, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with forwarders, customs agents, vendors, and customers for both local and overseas shipments.
- Manage documentation and compliance for import/export activities.
- Adapt to changes in global requirements, government regulations, and internal systems.
- Ensure proper close-out activities and maintain lessons learned.

**3. Customer Satisfaction**
- Ensure contractual commitments to customers are met.
- Proactively manage customer expectations through effective communication and regular reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.

**4. Resource & Vendor Management**
- Source and manage vendors/suppliers to ensure best cost and quality.
- Oversee stuffing/unstuffing of goods, container allocation, and clearance documentation.
- Coordinate processes with forwarders and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries.

**5. Procurement & Supplier Coordination**
- Collaborate with supply management to secure best purchase outcomes.
- Monitor critical supplier progress and integrate into overall schedules.
- Initiate third-party inspections when required.
- Ensure supplier qualification processes are followed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or warehousing.
- Experience handling logistics deliverables of varying sizes, complexities, and Incoterms.
- Strong documentation skills and knowledge of international trade compliance.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
