**Job description**
- Assist in conducting regular site inspections and update checklists in the system to track maintenance and repair activities.
- Assist in assessing mechanical systems and help identify required repairs to ensure they are in operable condition.
- Help with routine maintenance on electrical systems, including replacing light bulbs and sockets, and assisting with cleaning and repairing circuit breaker panels.
- Assist in inspecting and maintaining firefighting systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Help with setup and maintenance of air conditioning systems, observing repairs as necessary.
- Help monitor energy use and assist in gathering data to recommend improvements for sustainability efforts
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of ventilation and refrigeration systems, participating in repairs when needed.
- Help maintain plumbing and drainage systems, ensuring proper functionality and preventing issues.
- Assist in inspecting fire and protection alarm systems, helping schedule repairs when necessary.
- Help with manual repairs, including clearing blockages, fixing locks, and replacing windows under supervision.
- Help review mechanical and electrical (M&E) drawings and assists with installations and modifications.
- Observe and ensure that work is performed in accordance with safety standards and regulations under supervision.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide assistance with additional tasks as required by management or superiors or Officers

**Requirement**

1. Minimum SPM or Certificate or Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field

2. Valid LV Chargeman A0/A4 certification (Suruhanjaya Tenaga)

3. Must be able to communicate very well in Bahasa Malaysia and English

4. Computer literacy and able to write a simple report

5. Hands on knowledge in handling all technical aspect of building and utilities

6. General retailing experience

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,100.00 per month
