**Job Summary**

The Junior Finance Executive will focus mainly on **Accounts Receivable (AR)**, including reconciliation of sales across **retail stores, online stores, and marketplaces**, while providing support in **Accounts Payable (AP)** and other finance operations. The role ensures all sales and collection data are accurately recorded and reconciled to maintain reliable financial reporting and cash flow.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Accounts Receivable**
- Reconcile daily and monthly sales data across all sales channels (retail POS, e-commerce, and marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, etc.).
- Ensure sales transactions are accurately captured and matched with collections from payment gateways, e-wallets, and banks.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices (where applicable) and record receipts in a timely manner.
- Monitor outstanding balances and perform follow-ups with customers or platforms for delayed payments.
- Prepare AR schedules, perform monthly reconciliation, and update AR ageing reports.
- Liaise with operations, sales, and marketplace teams to resolve billing or collection discrepancies.

**2. Accounts Payable**
- Support in preparing **payment requests** and **payment vouchers** for supplier or expense payments.
- Assist in checking staff claims and ensuring supporting documents are complete.
- Support other AP-related tasks as assigned (e.g., supplier statement reconciliation, expense tracking).

**3. General Accounting & Month-End Support**
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accrual listings.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Support finance team on audit, tax, and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of accounting concepts, especially AR and reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems (e.g., SQL, Xero, or SAP) is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling large data sets accurately.
- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
