About the role

Kembara Sufi Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Junior Account Executive to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time position is responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping support to our growing organisation. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing routine bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations;
  2. Preparing and processing accounts payable transactions;
  3. Generating financial reports and statements to support management decision-making;
  4. Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed;
  5. Actively participating in the continuous improvement of our accounting processes and systems

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor in Accountancy;
  2. 0-2 years of experience in a junior accounting or bookkeeping role, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records;
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  5. A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
