To support our expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review company financial records, invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable; review invoices and process payments.
  • Handle audit and tax-related matters (SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, LHDN).
  • Monitor cash flow and company budgeting; provide cost-saving recommendations.
  • Supervise and guide junior accounting staff in daily operations.
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers, and relevant government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (MFRS/MPERS) and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, UBS).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
