About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join VCARE PHARMACY SDN. BHD. as a Senior Account Executive. In this full-time role based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial accounting and reporting services to support the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and analysing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  2. Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
  3. Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
  4. Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports
  5. Providing support for audits and other regulatory compliance requirements
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and control

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the retail or pharmaceutical industry
  3. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and reporting requirements
  4. Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Excel)
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
