**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver recruitment strategies tailored to business needs.
- Represent the company at public and campus recruitment events to build a strong employer brand.
- Maintain data accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure service-level standards are met.
- Optimize job board usage and improve return on investment by tracking performance and talent pipeline outcomes.
- Ensure consistency, compliance, and professionalism across all recruitment processes.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as response rates, cost of hire, and time to fill.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an in-house or corporate environment.
- Advanced sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media tools.
- **Fluent in English and Mandarin** (both written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible, open-minded, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
- Team player with a strategic and proactive mindset.
- Passionate about recruitment, employer branding, and delivering results.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
