**About Us**:
Vista Summerose Sdn Bhd is a dynamic and innovative Parking industry dedicated to providing top-tier financial and client management services. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our finance and client management team in handling the financial operations.
**Position Overview**:
The Account Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the Account Executive by managing day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow monitoring, financial reporting, and client communication. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in finance and client services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in monitoring and managing the cash flow for 3 to 4 client companies, ensuring accurate tracking of payments and receipts.
- Prepare and update cash flow statements and financial reports under the supervision of the Account Executive.
- Help in coordinating financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist team by coordinate with third party (Banker and etc)
- Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure all financial documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices, contracts, and other financial documents.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience 2 to 3 year as an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with software (e.g., Million, Excel or other) and basic accounting principles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well in a team environment.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Proactive, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
