**Responsibilities**:

- i. Capability in maintaining the IT software and IT general needs.
- ii. Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving. Has working knowledge of job responsibilities, procedures and practices.
- iii. Can work and experience in technical tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio (current or recent version under web based development environment using C# programming language), ASP.NET, Javascript, Web API/Web Services, Microsoft Excel, Macro Scripting, and SQL script. Please provide supporting details
- iv. Possesses the right attitude, interpersonal skills.
- v. Fast learner and able to work multi task in a tight schedule.- vii. Experience in system integration and interfaces. Please provide supporting details
- viii. Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) will be added advantage.
- ix. Any other relevant technical experiences, please provide supporting details.
- The hired Junior Programmer must be able to carry out job description / scope of works as stated in the Section D.3 General requirement.
- Any other related experiences in order to perform duties and responsibilities as stated Section D.3 General requirement.

The vendor is to provide Junior Programmer with good interpersonal skills and character as follows:

a) Analytical, critical thinking & problem-solving skills working in highly complex projects previously.
- b) Management skills in handling people administration for any projects previously. He/she is able to work multitask in a tight schedule.
- c) He/she is proactive with the tasks and respecting deadlines, enthusiastic about new concepts and solutions, respecting responsibilities and strong work ethics.
