**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth packing, receiving, and storage activities. The role requires effective monitoring of warehouse activities, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with the warehouse team, ensuring quality control, and reporting any abnormalities. The supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of tasks, proper stock management, and adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Oversee warehouse packing, track details, and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Executive.
- Manage the receiving and inspection of items, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO practices and efficient stock management.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and conducting audits.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least has a **Bachelor’s degree** in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- **2-3 years of experience** in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least **1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role**.
- Experience in inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or ERP software like SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Advantage for those who have forklift driver skills (a forklift certification may be required)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy, and physically demanding environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
