**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of beauty products.

2. Manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

3. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software (WMS).

4. Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

6. Coordinate with transportation carriers to ensure timely deliveries.

7. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisor role.

2. Proven experience in inventory control and management.

3. Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

6. Experience in the beauty industry (a plus).

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (WMS) preferred.
