You will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner. Answer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to their needs.

**Cashier Duties**: Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments accurately. Maintain cash drawer and reconcile daily sales.

**Store Maintenance**: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Restock shelves, arrange displays, and perform regular cleaning tasks.

**Merchandise Handling**: Receive, unpack, and label merchandise. Tag items with prices and security devices, and maintain an organized stockroom.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about product features, promotions, and sales to assist customers effectively.

**Loss Prevention**: Monitor and report any suspicious activities or incidents related to theft or security concerns.

**Teamwork**: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve store goals and maintain a harmonious working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic math skills for cashier responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy objects.
- Retail experience is a plus but not required.
