We are a Japanese company dealing in secondhand luxury goods, with more than 260 stores in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Cambodia combined.

We opened in Malaysia in September 2022 and expanded to Mont Kiara in Year 2023 and to Damansara Uptown in Year 2024.

**Remuneration**
- **Non-Japanese Speaker**

Salary during the first 4 months of probation: RM3,700
Upon completion of probation and without passing the appraisal test: RM4,000 - RM4,500
Upon completion of probation and passing the appraisal test: RM4,500 - RM5,500
If passed at least JLPT N3 and able to communicate with Japanese Manager in person, will switch to Japanese Speaker salary package (at Manager's discretion)

Salary during the first 4 months of probation: RM4,000
Upon completion of probation and without passing the appraisal test: RM4,500 - RM5,500
Upon completion of probation and passing the appraisal test: RM5,500 - RM7,000
Climb the ranks within 2 years to become a store manager (performance-based).
Further promotion to upper management may be offered based on individual performance.

**Job Duties**:
**Purchase**
- Learn and master appraiser's skill set to assess value of luxury goods across multiple brands, based on authenticity and condition
- Answering to phone and messaging app enquiries of customers looking to sell their pre-loved goods
- Build trust and develop long-term relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support to clients
- Achieve monthly target for purchasing of goods

**Sales**
- Learn and master appraiser's skill set to assess value of luxury goods across multiple brands, based on authenticity and condition
- Taking photos of products and managing product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms
- Reply to online enquiries and arrange shipment or collections with customers
- Build trust and develop long-term relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support to clients
- Provide customer service to walk-in customers and dealers
- Achieve monthly target for selling of goods

**Requirements**:

- No experience required, training will be provided.
- Outgoing and positive attitude, able to converse with and engage customers with ease
- Able to speak and understand intermediate Japanese for internal communication with Japanese speaking colleagues.
- Good communication skills and willing to learn
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
