Now, we’re looking for a **Sales & Marketing Executive** who can connect our creative strength with clients’ business goals — and grow with us as we scale.

**What You’ll Do**
- Identify and build new business opportunities in property and lifestyle industries.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Work with our creative and strategy teams to craft proposals that win.
- Manage sales pipelines, prepare quotations, and close deals.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and networking initiatives to boost brand presence.
- Contribute ideas to make Envicion stand out as one of Malaysia’s top marketing agencies.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (property/agency experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented.
- Comfortable presenting to clients and handling targets.
- Passion for branding, property, and creative marketing solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
