**About This Role**:

- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve our clients' visibility in search engines. You will be a data-driven leader who can analyze website performance, identify opportunities, and execute tactics to achieve SEO goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify target keywords and search intent.
- Analyze website performance using technical SEO audits and competitor analysis.
- Recommend and implement on-page optimization strategies for improved website structure, content, and user experience.
- Oversee off-page optimization efforts, including link building and brand awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Track and report on SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, development) to ensure a holistic SEO approach.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in SEO management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in increasing organic traffic and website visibility.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimization.
- Experience with keyword research tools and SEO analytics platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
