**Responsibilities**:

- To execute maintain activities for Machinery and Utility: To operate and maintain equipment in boiler house, specifically boiler to ensure consistent steam supply to production, assist in maintenance steam equipment in factory and fitting work.
- Prepare boiler and pressure vessels in production for Dosh Inspection.
- Monitoring and repairing all steam pipe, pressure relief valve, steam regulator, gasket, cooker hydraulic system, and all related to steam system.
- Regularly monitor the operation of boiler especially safety such as safety valves, clean water-side thoroughly with cleaning supplier recommended by chemical supplier, clean fire-side and keep clean regularly.
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skill, more involve in hand on experience and undergone internal / external training.
- To conduct Preventive maintenance schedule for boiler service and yearly Dosh Inspection activity.
- Utilities equipment such as air compressor, air-condition, chillers, cooling tower, boiler, waste water treatment plan, refrigeration, overhead crane, air-dryer.
- Facilities and such as electrical, firefighting, water supply, sanitary system, lift and furniture like roller shutter, door, window, gate, ceiling & etc.
- To perform general repairing jobs in factory compound.

**Principle Accountability**
**A) General Factory Maintenance/ Repairing**
1 Perform inspection for factory general machinery, facilities/utilities and perform repairing if necessary.

**B) Minimum Boiler and Equipment Breakdown Time**
1 Daily boiler machine inspection and carry out maintenance and repair immediately if found any abnormality to ensure machines are functioning well according to specification all the time. To top up water treatment chemicals as recommended.

**C) Maintain 5S and keep chimney clean to minimize boiler soot contamination**
1 Perform 5S activities at Boiler house, WWTP area, Utility room, and all factory related area.
2 Clean the chimney weekly, adjust gas-ratio to ensure better combustion rate

**D)** **No Accident**
1. Ensure all safety devices and cover at machine is in order and all operators follow the safety instruction on the machine.

**E)** **Setting up and boiler machine running efficiency**
1 Ensure all boiler machine setting up in accordance to specification, function and maintenance steam supply consistent to be carried to ensure boiler machine is running at high efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Educational background: Min. SPM
- 3- 5 years and above experience in utility and machinery engineering works.
- Basic writing and speaking in Malay and English
- Personality: Team player, good cooperation and fast learner, punctual to work

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
