**About Us**: Kopi Saigon is the largest Vietnamese coffee brand in Malaysia with 91 outlets. We are passionate about delivering authentic Vietnamese coffee experiences and are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our team.

As a Marketing Executive at Kopi Saigon, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand, increase customer engagement, and drive sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns across all platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Ensure all content aligns with Kopi Saigon's brand voice and guidelines.
- **Event Planning and Execution**:

- Plan and coordinate promotional events, product launches, and other marketing activities.
- Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site execution.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback across various platforms.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Track social media metrics and generate reports on performance.
- Stay updated with current trends and implement them in social media postings to keep content relevant and engaging.
- Understand and utilize social media platforms effectively for brand promotion.
- **Advertising and Promotions**:

- Plan and manage advertising campaigns, including digital ads, print ads, and outdoor advertising.
- Work with graphic designers to create promotional materials and advertisements.
- **Brand Partnerships**:

- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with influencers, brands, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), artists, and influencers to create and execute collaborative content.
- Negotiate and manage collaboration agreements to maximize brand exposure.
- Engage with other brands for future collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- **Survey and Trend Analysis**:

- Conduct surveys to identify the best items, places, and merchandise for the brand.
- Stay updated with current trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
- **Government and B2B Engagement**:

- Engage with government agencies to explore B2B business opportunities and partnerships.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI.
- **Budget Management**:

- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with KOLs, artists, and influencers.
- Experience in conducting surveys and identifying optimal items, places, and merchandise for the brand.
- Understanding of social media platforms and how they work.
- Ability to engage with government agencies for B2B business opportunities.
- Ability to engage with other brands for future collaboration opportunities.
