Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales by setting performance targets, motivating the team, and implementing effective sales strategies
- Ensure exceptional customer service by coaching and developing the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement appropriate action plans to achieve sales targets
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stock discrepancies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
