**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Organize and maintain an accurate inventory of phone accessories, gadgets, and related products. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- **Receiving & Inspection**: Receive products from suppliers, inspect for quality and quantity, and update records in our system.
- **Distribution**: Prepare and distribute items to various branches according to daily and weekly schedules.
- **Storage Organization**: Arrange items in the storage area to ensure easy access and compliance with safety standards. Ensure items are properly labeled and stored.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock, including serial numbers, quantities, and locations.
- **Stock Audits**: Assist in monthly branch stock audits to help ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum of SPM or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in retail or warehousing is preferred.
- **Skills**: Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with inventory software or Microsoft Excel.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to lift and move boxes, as well as stand or walk for extended periods.
- **Reliability**: Punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic.

**Working Hours**:

- 5.5-day work week (may include weekends based on shift rotation).

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary: RM 1,500 - RM 1,800 per month
