Day-to-Day Functional / Application Support

Project Based / Change Management
- Facilitate and support workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals.
- Support development of business cases and support the portfolio prioritization process.
- Review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution.
- Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers and vendors to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification.
- Support for implementation of to-be processes, including training delivery.
- Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.

**; Requirements**:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant discipline.
- At least 1-3 years working experience in FMCG / IT consultant industry.
- Experience in Oracle EBS, WMS, MES, Planning tools and ASRS technologies will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Relational Database Management (i.e. Oracle SQL, PL/SQL Server, MySQL) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to converse in English and Mandarin is preferred due to the frequent engagement with our counterpart from China
