**Job Objective**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Day-to-Day Functional / Application Support
- Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS)
- Support in building knowledge base with Level 1: Servicedesk.
- Provide training to end users and Level 1: Servicedesk.
- Involve in analyzing problems escalated from Level 1 and finding solution to the problem.
- Involve in working and communicating to Vendor whenever a problem could not be resolved locally.
- Support business in building Business Continuity Plan.
- Support business Day to Day operation that related to the IT solutions implemented. End to end Supply Chain processes covering the stream from order processing, order fulfilment and logistics and all the way to billing management.

2. Project Based / Change Management
- Facilitate or support workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis,
- understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals.
- Support development of business cases and support the portfolio prioritization process.
- Review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution.
- Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers and vendors to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification.recommendation/solutioning for continuous improvement

3. Qualifications & Experience Requirement
- Support for implementation of to-be processes, including training delivery.
- Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.

**Education/Academic Qualifications**:
Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any relevant discipline

**Functional knowledge/Technical skill**:

- Supply & Demand Planning
- Production
- Warehousing and inventory management
- Purchasing and procurement
- Transport Management System

2. Experience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information using a structured approach

3. Experience in Oracle EBS, WMS, MES, Planning tools and AS/RS technologies will be an added advantage

4. Relational Database Management (i.e. Oracle SQL, PL/SQL Server, MySQL)

5. Ability to work in an international environment across multiple business needs

6. Ability to handle ambiguity and multiple activities, quickly shifting from one situation or task to another

7. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings

8. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff

9. Capable of transferring knowledge to existing business and IT staff10. Ability to speak, write and read in Mandarin would be an added advantage

Professional/Technical Qualifications & License：

**Work Experience**:

- At least 1-3 years working experience in the FMCG / IT consultant industry

1. Internal contacts: IT team, support all associates under Product Supply / Manufacturing / Commercial portfolio

2. External contacts: IT consultants, Vendors

**Work condition**:

- Working Hours：8.30am-5.30pm (Monday-Friday) - Flexible staggered working hours - Standby mode

**Work arrangements**

Mondays to Fridays (8.30am - 5.30pm)
wed and fri - wfh

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
