**Job Title**: Project Finance Analyst

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Budget and Forecast Management**:Monitor project budgets and forecasts, ensuring they align with business and client goals. Conduct monthly financial analysis and ensure timely submission of forecasts in coordination with the CFM and relevant parties.
- **Financial Analysis & Reporting**:Perform monthly variance analysis on project financials, coordinating with the necessary personnel to make corrections as needed. Provide financial data interpretation and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- **Resource & Financial Planning**:Maintain financial and resource planning for ongoing projects. Work closely with team leads to develop resourcing plans that align with project requirements.
- **Pricing Support**:Assist with pricing validation and provide support for pricing prepared by the Deal Team. Ensure accuracy and validation in financial data presented to stakeholders.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**:Coordinate with Client Managers (CM) and Client Financial Management (CFM) for financial matters and Human Resources (HR) for resourcing issues. Address any project related financial concerns.
- **Risk Identification & Management**:Maintain an understanding of the current project status, regularly organize cadence updates with Client Account Leads (CAL) and Delivery Leads. Highlight and escalate potential financial risks to ensure proactive management.
- **Adhoc Financial Support**: Provide financial and analytical support for adhoc project related requests and assist the project team with strategic financial decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
