Job Title: Finance Analyst / Finance Manager (adjust as needed)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Reports to: Finance Director / Head of Finance

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance [Analyst/Manager] to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support across the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to provide insights that help shape business strategy and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for key performance trends

Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as operations, sales, and marketing to track key metrics and deliver insights

Prepare regular management reports, dashboards, and board materials

Support month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting

Identify process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and accuracy

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and financial best practices

**Requirements**:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus)

✔ [1-3 / 4-6 / 7+ depending on level] years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, investment banking, or related roles

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling abilities

✔ Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business metrics

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines

✔ Familiarity with financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Adaptive, Power BI) is a plus
