Lendlease is currently searching for a Finance Analyst
- Regional. This role involves working closely with the business communicating financial information and offering commercial strategies.

Regional Finance Analyst

As a Regional Finance Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving financial performance and enabling informed decision-making within our Asia business:
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Regional Management Reporting:
- Consolidate financial reporting for a Business segment within the region which may involve assessing revenue, expenses, profitability, and key performance indicators.-
- Generating regular and ad-hoc financial reports to provide insights to regional management and other stakeholders. These reports may include budget vs. actual analysis, variance explanations, and forecasting models.-
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborating with regional teams to develop accurate budgets and forecasts that align with business objectives. Monitoring performance against these targets and providing recommendations for improvement.- Decision Support: Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making within the region.- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies within your region. This may include conducting audits, maintaining accurate records, and implementing controls as needed.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with regional management, department heads, and other teams to understand business needs, communicate financial insights, and drive alignment towards common goals.

To be considered for this role:
- Tertiary qualified within a relevant discipline, preferably a professional accreditation such as CA, CPA etc- 7 years of experience in a multinational company with exposure in regional management reporting consolidation.- Strong Excel skills are essential, and familiarity with financial software.- Real estate knowledge/background would be highly advantageous.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good problem solving skills and ability to work in a team and independently.
