Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Finance Analyst will work together with the Malaysia and ASEAN Finance Team and Asia Shared Service Centre (SSC) to support Malaysia business by managing the day-to-day finance operations, delivering insightful timely analysis and other financial planning needs
- Monthly P&L actual review and working with SSC for month end.
- Ensure revenue and costs are recorded correctly, and intercompany.
- Compliance in accordance with Group guidelines and timely release of accruals, if any.
- Provide financial support and advice to business.
- Identify and timely report risks and opportunities for the business.
- Assist in the preparation of forecasts, budgets and other reporting and analysis.
- Assist in local statutory compliance matters such as corporate secretarial, audit, and taxation.
- Ad hoc queries / requests from various stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant accounting or finance degree is a prerequisite.
- Prior FP&A / business partnering experience in an MNC environment is preferred with at least 3-5 years of experience.
- Self-motivated, dynamic and can work independently.
- Accountable and willing to accept responsibilities.
- Proactive and results oriented.
- Growth mindset and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Fluent in English and conversational Mandarin capability required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Challenges the current way of working and seeks opportunities to improve.
